Please accept our apologies for what happened with your order We do our best to pre-screen all of our carriers, but unfortunately some things we just cannot foresee. We can assure you that any carriers that act like this are removed from our list so any future orders will not suffer from their negligence. As for the damage, we did provide you with the carrier's insurance so you may submit a claim to their insurance company.
