Dear Dave,
We are so sorry that we couldn't meet your time frames caused a delay with the pick up. Your shipping agent was working hard calling all the companies that operate on the route PA - FL, but unfortunately, no one was available except the one who asked for additional payment for his job. Thank you for your feedback and for improving our services! We will definitely look into it.
