Dear Taylor,
We appreciate your time and patience and we apologize for not providing you with our services on the time agreed. As per our records, there were no drivers to accept your vehicle, that's why your shipping agent had to call the ones who operate on your route on regular basis but unfortunately didn't get any luck. Right now we are experiencing a huge amount of calls due to the high season in the transportation industry. Please, accept our sincere apologies. Thank you for proving such honest feedback.
