Your feedback is terrifying and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our whole dispatch department was working on your order to find the most reasonable rate for your route. Unfortunately, the lowest possible quote still didn't match your requirements so we had to cover part of it from our side. Once again, we apologize for such a delay and relying on your understanding!
