I really had the most relaxed experience knowing Fiona Rivera was handling my vehicle. So many people contacted me, but I knew I had to work with the nice girl with excellent customer service.
Even though I had contacted her months before, I kept her contact because I had made my decision which company I wanted to work with already.
The whole process was so easy with her, she always answered her phone and I felt that she communicates exceptionally well. Smart move on Sonic Auto for having her, she is an asset.
