Dear Steven, please accept our sincerest apologies. We are so sorry for the inconvenience you faced. Unfortunately, the only driver we got on the route TN - ME has canceled, so we needed more time to find another one. It's been a hard month due to weather conditions, unfortunately, this is something that we can't control. Relying on your understanding.
