I've read and heard about how auto transport brokers don't keep their words about pricing, being unprofessional etc.
I'm using auto transport service for the first time. So I had lot of questions
Kate Hollen helped me with my car shipping from NJ to TX. she was very helpful, soft spoken and handled the transaction very professionally. She gave me the best price in the market($798).She scheduled the pickup even the same day, kept giving me regular updates until the car was delivered in just 2 days. Driver kept giving me updates very well. $98 paid during pickup. $700 Paid to the driver on delivery. Driver didn't demand for extra bucks. No drama. Overall, I recommend these folks for sure
