This was my first time shipping a car in this form. Overall it wasn’t too bad. The broker was great communicating and responding and even when the driver wasn’t responding i was able to reach out to the broker and they got it for me...honestly it’s only because of the broker that i feel it was a good experience...the only thing that may have improved this is if i could follow my car on app and if they are not going to be able to deliver on time that is is communicated
