It was my first time using a transportation service. I ended up calling Mike on a Saturday, and he was extremely knowledgeable and realistic in explaining how the transportation industry works and how carriers operate, and his honesty and willingness to educate a noob was appreciated. He recommended a # that would attract a carrier to accept my pickup in the timeframe I was hoping, and was optimistic that we would get a carrier quickly. By Monday afternoon, the car was in an enclosed truck and on its way to me. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks Mike and Snowbird!
