Initial contractor provided by Snowbird damaged vehicle (Mobis Used Car Dealer) and was unable to load vehicle. Snowbird immediately provided a second contractor that performed perfectly: on time, no further damage. Jack Brooker was excellent in setting the transport up and in finding a new contractor after Mobis damaged the vehicle. However, three months later, Snowbird has not processed my damage claim and is now not returning my calls or emails. Snowbird Trans advertised that it was "fully insured." My issue is not with the original service (which was great), but with the customer service re my claim.
