Our clients are at liberty to cancel an order at anytime. However, if a carrier has been dispatched without notice of cancellation and has to wait three hours for a pickup contact that never arrived, then we must ask ourselves, "How much is our carrier's time worth?" The client had been given two days advance notice of when to expect the carrier for pickup. So we in fact did our job. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please look at our numberous other positive reviews to again see what kind of company we are.
