My vehicle shipment went perfectly and without any significant problems. I must thank you for supplying me with such a high quality carrier.

I researched and received quotes from nearly twenty different auto transport services. The prices varied from $596 to $895. The majority of prices ranged from $699 to $750. Your price was $650 and was matched or beaten by 2 other services.

I chose Silve Auto Transport for a couple of key reasons:
- Price was the first consideration and yours was quite competitive.
- Professionalism was the second consideration. Your website looked well designed and professional. Your emails were attentive and fast. I called to ask questions and your customer service was respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was able to quickly establish that your service was genuine and legitimate.

Your competitors within the same price range were not able to convey a similar professional image and could not clearly establish an advantage over your service. Silva Auto Transport displayed the perfect blend of attributes I was looking for.

I would have asked for only one single improvement from Silva throughout this process. With the exception of an automated email, I received no contact from Silva about the status of order or my carrier. It was not until three days after I placed the order that I received a call directly from the driver. Although I felt I could trust Silva and that I had made the correct choice, I did feel somewhat left in the dark. Aside from this I could not have asked for a better transport situation.

Thank you again for helping my vehicle transport happen so well. I hope in the future, when my need arises, Silva will be available to help me again.
