First off, trust the reviews. I didn't read any reviews before choosing a transporter, which was my fault. My car was not picked up within the estimated 3-7 days after it was first available, and after over 1.5 weeks of waiting, I called multiple times to see when a transporter would be available, and they picked up the phone maybe once out of 6 attempts. Finally got to speak to someone only to learn that they still didn't have any openings available and didn't know when one would be available. Asked for them to expedite the process for their additional $200 fee or whatever since I needed the car moved ASAP. This was estimated to be between 24-48 hours. 36 hours later, still, NOTHING. Called multiple times to cancel order, but nobody picked up. E-mailed multiple times, no reply. Faxed my cancellation in. NO REPLY. Called my credit card to cancel the order, but wasn't able to get all my money back because Silva Auto Transport told my credit card company that they had a carrier available, but I declined, which would then cause me to lose my deposit. This of course, NEVER HAPPENED. All in all, Silva Auto Transport was a waste of my time, money, and patience. Went with a different company and never looked back. Well, except for my $200 that I still NEVER got back.
