Tried to get a vehicle transported with these folks but it did work. I guess my route was a uncommon one and so I didn't get any attention from them and the couple of times I called to check on the status I wasn't treated very well. When I placed the order they were professional and helpful but after that the service quality went downhill.

I just asked for simply clarification on how their system works and how likely it was that my car would actually be picked up at all, I was once barked at that they couldn't tell me, and once told that for sure it would be assigned in 3 days from when I called; bottom line was I gave them 30 days and no vehicle pickup. They were priced lowest and so that is why I went with them but since I never heard back - not even to say they wouldn't be able to find a driver. Finally I called and cancelled the order and got my refund in a timely fashion minus 10 bucks for processing.

I wound up flying out to get it myself and driving it back and saved almost $500 bucks so I guess it worked out for me better anyway.

Since I don't plan on moving a car again at any point in the near future I don't care to speculate on using SAT again or not but I think I know at least I probably wouldn't use a broker like SAT again unless I had all the time in the world and a more common route.
