ShowtimeAuto Is not a reputable company

Was given a quote and told to get paperwork completed ASAP being they had a driver that was going to be in the area and that it would be picked up in two days. Needless to say, that never happened. I was told the truck broke down and it would get picked up the next week. One week led to another. Then I was told they needed more money because no one would pick it up for the price they quoted. I reluctantly gave approval to increase the cost. Still nothing. Then they wanted more money. After 7 weeks they finally said they would refund my money once I wrote to customer service to cancel my contract. I call back every week and they say I need to talk to accounting but the accounting person only works on Fridays. Talked to accounting a couple times and have been told the check was sent out only to call them back a week later to be told they would check on it and would get back to me. I have left many voicemails and called many times and no one has ever called me back. Emailed to customer service and never get a responce. . I was told up front by the ShowtimeAuto sales person (Michael) that they only collect once the car is picked up out after the fact found they charge a $200 deposit immediately and the remainder is billed when the car is picked up. Of course the $200 is not refundable (read the fine print- which I did not do being I was told to fax info back in being they had someone in the area to pick up the car). The reputable carriers will not collect money until it is shipped- 6 weeks later I was told a check was being mailed out I submitted a request on line to get my car shipped and within one week I had my car shipped without incident hassle free and for the same price ShowtimeAuto was asking. I WOULD NEVE RECOMEND SHOWTIME AUTO. THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. They will not forward you on to management when you ask.
