I recently moved and had to have my vehicle transported across the country. I have never done this before and was leery of who to trust and how much to pay.

Initially, I signed up online to get a quote. I got hundreds (literally) of calls, emails, etc. - daily - over and over from the same companies - almost harassing me by the number of calls they made to me. However, Showtime Auto Transport was unique. They provided the requested quote, followed up periodically and professionally, but never pressured or pestered me. They always responded to my requests in a timely manner and were patient with waiting until I WAS READY.

When i was finally ready, I worked with Bert. He was very kind and helpful. The vehicle was transported by J. Bird Transport, LLC. The driver for this company was excellent. He and his wife scheduled the pick up at the site of origin with my parents. My parents were pleasantly surprised at how easy they both were to work with. On the destination end, I met the driver, and he delivered my vehicle to me with no problem. He was professional and excellent to work with, calling ahead to let me know his estimated time of arrival, etc.

I must say I was surprised that this process went off without a hitch. I wish I could have said the same about moving the remainder of my household belongings!

I would definitely use both Showtime Auto Transport and J.Bird Transport LLC again should the need arise. Many thanks to both.
