We were very happy with Ty who helped over the phone. The driver whose name is Carl picked up the trailer on time and it was delivered on time. Our truck we were hauling the trailer with had a problem with the brake controller as well as the trailer brakes were locked up. We were in a very small town late at night and the driver Carl said he would not leave us two girls out here until the problem was fixed with our truck. Carl was great! This was the first time having anything shipped like this and Showroom Transport was awesome. We finally got the brake control and the trailer brakes working. Carl was on his way and we got on our way but how nice it is to know there are still people in this world who care about you. Carl went above and beyond!! He even called later on to make sure we were not having any problems now that is awesome customer serevice!!! Thanks again to Carl and Ty it was a pleasure doing business with you guys!
