When you read the reviews on-line from several different transport companies, there are all types of experiences listed from "excellent" to "never use again". I read most of Showroom Transport's reviews. And yes, they did have a few bad review but a lot less than some others. But after reading between the line of the bad reviews, I felt comfortable with using Showroom Transport. I can say that my experience was better than expected = Excellent. I contracted with Showroom on a Thursday afternoon. They had my trailer picked up the next day, Friday afternoon. I took delivery on Sunday evening with no problems. From the time I got a quote to the time I received my trailer was about 4 days. Unbelievably great service. I would use them again and would recommend their services.
