The reason I chose Showroom Transport over about 1 trillion other companies was because Ty really new his stuff. He answered all my questions with great detail and did not rush me off the phone. The price was slightly higher than the average quote I received but well worth it. I heard that to put a vehicle on the top of the carrier truck was safer so I askef for that service and was willing to pay more for it. Ty let me know there was no need for a top load. Ty said " if you are worried about oil dropping from an above vehicle here is what to worry about from being on top: The driver could go under a low overpass and crush my car to pieces or go into neighborhoods with low tree branch limbs and scratch up the vehicles on top. He continued saying that is why they have insurance and not worry where the vehicle sits on the trailer." I liked the honesty and it all made sense.
The auto transport driver was very nice as well. I had a minor communication issue with him due to a deep accent though in the end all was magnificent. It takes a large talent to do what these guys do. I was impressed how easy the driver drove off my car from such a steep angle.
Showroom Transport is my choice for future shipping.
