piss poor customer service and incompetent

I place a order on 20 June for a scheduled pick up for 5 July. I was told that a driver would contact me to make final arrangements. I contacted this company on 5 July to confirm the pick up because i haven't heard anything from anyone. I called this company 2 times from 0800-1330 and they kept saying they would call me back. The owner returned my phone call once to tell me he could not contact the driver and would get back to me. I was getting the run around from these people all morning and threaten to sue them if they screwed me over on this. The owner then called me and told me not to ever threaten him and hung up in my face and canceled my order. They did give me a refund but has caused a major inconvience in my PCS. They claim to support the military but do not. I will continue to report this negative review to the military transportation office and better business bureau.
