2001 32" Active Thunder Cat

We contacted Showroom Transport, Ty Lueckner, while in Portland, Orgeon after purchasing our 32" Active Thunder Cat Power Boat. Ty wanted to use one of his best people to pull the wide load from Portland, Oregon to Festus, Missouri. Ty actually took a driver, James, off one job and assigned him to our load. James picked the boat up while we were flying back to Missouri. The boat was on its way before we even landed in Missouri. At the time of pick up, the unit was damaged by the marina and James took photos and even provided us with a statment of facts. Showroom Transport also is providing us with everything we will need to make sure that marina takes care of the damage.

During the boat's commute through the states strong wind sands occured and James called just to ask us if he should wash the boat. "KUTOS" James showed that he truly cared about his load. Our boat arrived on time and Jame's driving skills in reverse were incredible. He, in reverse, drove down a curvy hill about 3/4 mile with very little lighting and backed our boat behind our home, the space is very narrow with landscape, trees and a propane tank. His communications while pulling the load was awesome and he even pulled over to take photos.

I would rate Showrooom and the driver, James, 10 stars. Thank you Ty and James for taking such good care of our boat. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.
