We called on May 7th to have the 5th wheel transported on the 13th. Showroom charged our credit card $2375. with a promise to send us the contract and receipt. However, they did not send us a contract or a receipt as promised. The Reference number is 31298. After repeated calls, on May 11th, Phil told us he did not have a driver for us for May 13th. Since we did not receive a contract, or a receipt from this company and they did not have a driver for the transport, we cancelled the transport.

We had to cancel the credit card as Phil said they would now charge us a 10 percent cancellation fee. We had to dispute the charge of $2375. with the credit card company and file a complaint with the Va. Better Business Bureau.

We have been able to receive a refund of $2375 on the credit card however Showroom Transport has charged us $237.50 for no services.

We are now considering filing a complaint with the small claims court.

I would not ever recommend this company to anyone!!
