Paul at Shipping Masters was informative, easy to talk and re-assuring. He aligned me with a great carrier and our bikes were delivered without a scratch and within the quoted time line. This was the first time shipping our bikes and we now understand why a specific pickup/delivery date is so difficult up front given all the scheduling required. We will definitely use Shippingmasters LLC for our future long distance rides.
