I'm not sure why this customer only gave a 3 star review. His car was picked up 3 days after he signed his authorization form and was delivered 3 days after that in the same condition. The driver could not get the big car hauler right in front of his house but he kept in communication with the client and got his rig very close to the client's residence. This move went exactly as I explained it would and when the client called his call was answered or returned promptly.
