All in all, I would say the service was excellent. A few comments though; the driver could not speak English so it was very difficult to communicate with him and my $20.00 tape measure was stolen out of the glove compartment. My center armrest compartment looked like it had been rumaged through too.

The two contact people I spoke with were very professional and that made a very good impression.
