I had heard from several people that I needed to be very careful when shopping for an auto transport company due to the bad experience they hasd with some unscrupulous businesses. I did my due diligence and looked up Better Business Bureau ratings on all of the companies I was considering. I chose Honesty First because they had a very high BBB rating and seemd very honest and not pushy on the telephone. Once I started comparing pricing, they were also very reasonable when I compared them with the other companies.

Jennifer was great on the phone and she took care of everything without any problems. I had a lot to coordinate in our move from Orange County, CA to Louisville, KY, so I really appreciated the ease of which it all happened.

The actual carrier showed up oin time, examined the car and loaded it within just a few minutes and delivered it exactly as scheduled, 4 days later. There wasn't a scratch on it. All in all, I was very satisfied with Honesty First's handling of my car transport needs. My wife's car is next in a couple of weeks and I will definitely use this company for it.
