15 years ago I had a bad experience shipping my boat from California to Florida when I moved here, so I was a little skeptical about this reverse project - shipping my car to my daughter in California. This experience was amazingly opposite - excellent and hassle-free from start to finish. Phone calls were answered quickly with no menu driven "press 1 for..." etc., arrangements were easily established and confirmed, and a potential glitch at the pickup was quickly taken care of by the courteous and knowledgeable driver. I recommend this company without reservation.
