Our apologies to Pat and Barry that Tom did not give them a follow up call after their repair. His job is to give them the proper information to get the repair taken care of and to follow up if there are any problems, of which there were none. The customer paid nothing out of pocket for their repair, which happened as swiftly as their transport. Damage to vehicles is extremely rare, but always frustrating when it occurs. We hope this review helps you in your selection of a transport company.
