I apologize for not having her last name, but Jennifer whom I worked with in making reservation and coordianting the pickup was outstanding. First I changed cars from a prospective buy to an actual buy. Second I had to book the vehicle bought out about 30 days. A month later she called when it was time to discuss actual pickup date following throught both by email and telephone. Third, I had to cansel the pickup and she processed the cancellation efficiently and creditedmy deposit to the new date. Fourth she woeked with me to determine the best days for pickup and delivery because of the small window of opportunity because of the holidays. Fifth when the seller got the vehicle ready on the original date she was able to re-book the driver so everything went smoothly.

Jennifer demonstrated sincere customer service and was responsive to my every need in a fluid situation.
