I had shipped my car three times cross the states and I had my best car shipping experience with “HONESTY FIRST AUTO TRANSPORT”. I was impressed about the service. The initial costumer service is prompt and friendly including emails and phone calls. When I required questions regrading price and delivery date, the costumer service gave me straightforward answers and tried to match what I need. I only went through one contact person; no long waiting call or transfer phone call at all. After my first payment, they even provided me the cell-phone number of the carrier driver so that I could directly contact him anytime. The carrier driver is completely professional and friendly as well. The driver immediately picked up the phone call and completely incorporated to my requirement even I called him 3~4 times during the trip. (I asked him to contact pick-up and drop-up person one hour before he arrived).

I am 100% satisfied about the reasonable price and quality service. I am doing this review comments after finishing the shipping service. (not like other car shipping companys ask costumer did the review before) I would definitely recommend my friend for car shipping service to “HONESTY FIRST AUTO TRANSPORT”.5 STARS INDEED!!!
