Great service, but could use communication improvement

This was my first experience shipping a vehicle, and Honesty First made it easy to understand. All said, the service was delivered as promised at a very good price of $825. Other companies were quoting anywhere from $700 to $1300, and Honesty First had the best rating-to-price ratio.

The only negative side of my experience was a lack of communication, and rushed communication whenever I was talking to the agent. Part of the process broke down when the carrier's contact information was never sent (was advertised somewhere in the process). Fortunately I at least received a name, and Honesty First was quick to provide proof of insurance. With that information, I was able to track down the carrier's contact information through other means.

As I mentioned before, all said and done everything was delivered as agreed. Being my first time with car transport, a little more communication early on would have saved me time. Overall, the price to quality ratio of Honest First is hard to beat, and I would recommend them.
