From beginning to end, the service provided by Honesty First and the trucking company was impeccable. I had requested that a Lexus SUV be delivered from Northern Virginia to San Francisco and end-to-end had the car delivered to me within 2 weeks in great condition. I had submitted requests for online quotes and Honesty First's was not the lowest, but it was certainly within the range and not the highest either. I decided to go with them based on the good reviews reported on this site but I was still anxious about the whole process since ultimately they are only the broker and most of the service would be dependent on the driver. When I spoke with Tom from Honesty First, he was completely open about the process, how each person is paid and how they would find a driver. He didn't make any false promises and set my expectations realistically and recommended a quote that would maximize my chances of getting a driver to pick up my car soon, but without being too high. Within 48 hours they found a driver and he picked up the car soon after that. I wasn't there for the pickup but apparently it was very professional and competent. I appreciated that Honesty First had provided me with the name and phone number of both the trucking company and the individual driver. Five days later I had my car. The driver called me the day before, and then 30 minutes before he expected to deliver the car. Ultimately I didn't receive the car until 2 hours after he had called, but this was completely forgiveable since he had to parallel park his semi on the streets of San Francisco near the ballpark during a baseball game. I was impressed that he was able to do it. The car was a bit dusty, as expected from a drive cross country, but otherwise in exactly the condition I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honesty First again to others.
