Nicole at Honesty First was excellent!! I run a small business, and know good customer service when I experience it - and this is it. She had honest answers to every question - sometimes more than once! I knew nothing about this process - never having shipped a car across the country - and was a little confused about the process, but she did everything humanly possible to make it understandable. I had gotten reviews on & quotes from other companies through this site, but then a friend mentioned having used Honesty First, and her satisfaction with them, so I requested a quote from them. I was expecting the quote to be higher than the others, but it was actually the lowest one received - and that also made me nervous - but I am happy to report that the whole process went exactly as Nicole had predicted. No compensation offered or received for this review - I am happy to provide it. She made a very stressful experience (moving our only child - recent college grad - 2200 miles away to start career) a bit easire to take.
