THANK GOODNESS that we have some negative reviews to address, otherwise people might get the impression that we don't have any unhappy customers, which of course we do. The most important lesson for anyone reading this to take away is this; YOUR DATES ARE NEVER GUARANTEES, despite what anyone may tell you or what you might think they are telling you. Not only is that clearly in our terms, I can assure you that Jennifer never promised her that date, Jennifer is hands down the most cautious of our sales staff. BUT, Ms. Morris' estimated pickup date WAS for the date she was originally hoping for, which may be where the confusion came, but as you can see, trucks don't always hit their estimates, that is true no matter which company you go with. As for returned phone calls, they ALL get returned, if she could not get Jennifer on the phone, she most likely was calling after hours. We are not 24/7, mind you, we move cars, we're not doctors, it is not like saving lives, although those waiting for their cars to be delivered might disagree. And of course her driver did not know anything about a guaranteed date, he probably thought that we were just another crazy broker to have promised that, which to be clear, we didn't.
