In November, 2023 we contacted Ship A Car Direct with the goal of shipping our daughter's car from Michigan to Washington. Her vehicle was at a collision shop and we expected the repairs to be complete in mid-December. Mike worked with us and secured a carrier. Due to delays with getting parts the car wasn't finished until the beginning of January and by that time our daughter decided to return home to Michigan. Mike refunded our broker fee as soon as we cancelled. The communication and customer service we received throughout these past few months was amazing and we would highly recommend others using this broker for their vehicle shipping needs.
