Very easy experience with ship a car direct. Car was picked up with notification a day before & pick up driver had good communication on where & when he would be for point of pick up. Car was delivered by across the road driver - again driver contacted us the evening before & had great communication on where & when delivery would take place. We used the app to take pictures during pick up to show condition of car & to have in case there was any damage - there would be no denying it. The car was returned in the same condition as it was picked up but if there would have been damage the owner would be able to easily file a claim through the app.
