There was some issue when picking up the vehicle. The final price is also higher than the original quote. But finally, my car was delivered promptly. Even for an open transportation, it is clean and without any dent or marks. Compared to hundreds/thousands of potential fees to repair the car, I am pretty satisfied with the final outcome.
