I enjoyed working with the team at Ship a Car Direct. They were helpful and accessible. I did not have a good experience working directly with the subcontractor who actually transported my car. They called me numerous times to try and renegotiate my drop off date, sending me a barrage of texts and phone calls. It was very stressful.
