Well, I worked with a broker at Ship A Car Direct because is a family owned business like myself. I received a quote from Scott $1,000. I accepted the offer however since this was a business transaction I needed to charge the whole amount to a business credit card. So he said it would be and additional $30-50 okay. Well, total came to $1050. $250 was deducted upfront and the $800 was supposed to been deducted at pickup. But they deducted an additional $40. ($840). When I called him to discuss he didn’t answer nor did he return my call after I left a message regarding being overcharged $40. I would have deducted more stars for this however the service was promptly and the carrier GREEN Light CARRIER was PHENOMENAL!! Ivan was super nice and professional!!
