After looking online and reading every subreddit and forum I could find, choosing how to send my car across the country felt really daunting. I didn't know what was a scam or who was real or who was insured etc etc. I found Ship a Car Direct through "my Moving Reviews" which was linked through a Geico article about shipping your car across the country. To my mind that was a company I already trusted with insurance that was suggesting something relatively important. So I went for it and I couldn't be happier. The person assigned to my order was kind and thoughtful. We opened up a direct line via text and she would call me whenever I had big questions. At one point I flagged a weird review I found for the trucking company I was working with and she instantly checked on it and called me with assurances of previous trips and years of trusted work. nothing felt like fluff, it really felt like they gave a damn about my experience and I'm super grateful. I would recommend again and again.
