This was my first experience shipping a car and am glad to say that it was excellent. David Franco was very courteous and was very knowldgeable. He did explain, how all this works. The car was shipped from Simi valley in CA to St Paul in MN. It was picked up exactly as committed (on Friday). The driver was very good and courteous too. David indeed had told me that it woyuld take anywhere between 5 to 7 days for the car to reach St.paul. However, Randy (the driver of the truck) had told me that the car would be delivered on Tuesday. However, when he was later on called, he confirmed that it would be delivered on Friday. Except this small delay, the over all experience was very good. The car was safe.
