I had scheduled my car for transport through Ship A Car Direct and they were able to provide information for the transportation company a few days ahead of time. The representative at Ship A Car Direct provided clear information and even some videos to watch if I had questions. A day before the scheduled pickup date, the originally assigned carrier backed out for some reason. Ship A Car Direct was able to find a different carrier to fulfill the order on the same schedule. However the new company was charging $25 more than the previous one. So, Ship A Car Direct provided a $25 refund from the deposit I had place with them (which I am sure covers their services) to cover the $25 difference due to the carrier on delivery. I was a little nervous at first as it was my first time shipping a car. But, overall it was a great experience and the Ship A Car Representative was super helpful and responsive.
