I used "Ship a Car Direct" two times in past 1 year, and referred my best friend when they are moving to other states. My husband and I contacted several transport companies, and they were all similar to others. What made difference with this company was the phone conversations experience with Jennifer. She was the best! She was caring about my schedules and trying to help me with timeframe best way she could. She treated me like I am the best customer, instead of just a one time "business". I shipped my car from MA to CA, CA toTX, and my friend from CA to MA. All of our car was transferred without any problems or scratches. Driver was not friendly, but they were professionals. Sometime people chose to have a business with company, but this case, I do have business because of Jennifer, and great company, I feel I am lucky.
