The entire process was very smooth for me. The carrier driver met me in an open parking lot about 15mins from my place in Virginia and dropped the car about 15mins from the destination. The delivery was very fast and I got my car in 5 days which was sooner than expected. The car was not damaged anywhere but it does get a lot of dirt on it during the transport so you need to get a wash afterwards. The support team was very helpful and provided immediate updates whenever I requested them.
