The process was smooth, but they do charge a premium for scheduling the delivery for you. They listen to your constraints and then select the carrier (generally 4-7 days before your shipping date), but after that, the actual communication and coordination happens between you and the driver. For selecting a carrier and serving as a middleman, I ended up paying Ship a Car Direct $300 on top of what the carrier charged. Everything worked out without incident and they were very responsive, so it's hard to say whether or not the charge was worth it.
