This was the first time that I actually shipped a car from Florida to New Jersey, The experience was so much easier and results were so much better than I anticipated. After asking for a quote using the ShipACarDirect website, I quickly received a response. I further investigated Ship a Car Direct's reputation in the industry and discovered that they have an A Plus rating from Better Business Bureau. In addition, there were many positive reviews. After getting 4 or 5 other quotes, I decided to use Ship a Car Direct because they not only provided the cheapest quote but also seemed to have the best standing. I was contacted by John Bylar who responded to my questions and sent daily emails to keep me updated about the process. Whenever I called or emailed John, I received a response. I entered the dates that I wished to have my vehicle picked up and dropped off and a few days before the pick-up date, I was assigned a transport driver. The driver was wonderful. I was shocked when he rang my front door in Palm Beach Gardens and turned the car over to him. He called about an hour ahead to let me know that he was on his way. Similarly, he did the same as he drove into New Jersey and gave me an hour's notice for delivery. Once again, he was able to drive right to my street for drop-off. Also, Ship a Car Direct provides the customer with an app for your cell phone that enables you to take "before" and "after" pictures of your vehicle--just in case there is damage. FORTUNATELY, there was no damage!! I would definitely use them again. I've already recommended Ship A Car Direct to my sister.
