This was my first time getting a car transported and that too a brand new one. The process can be overwhelming. Jennifer was always there to answer my tons of silly questions and guide me through the process that was a relief. The carrier selection criteria is something I find it little confusing. or may be I was just too nervous. This cause slight delays in car pickup but all ended well. And I got my car in one piece without any scratch. So I would recommend using their service.
