Any time I called or emailed with a question, the representatives were very helpful (especially Jennifer). This company was very forthcoming with information and pretty consistently sent updates. I also really liked that the app allows for people to take photos of their car upon pickup and delivery for a pdf report. All in all, very happy with them and would use again.
