My experience was outstanding! I'm truly impressed with customer service, shipment time frame and the courtesy of drivers. Everything from the moment I obtained the quote from Lottie, communication with Dave (driver), loading my new car into enclosed truck to the moment the car was received, went absolutely smooth and with best experience I could've imagined. Prior to contracting your company, I have done research and obtained plenty of quotes and didn't feel comfortable signing with neither of them due to poor reviews, poor BBB ratings, or just lack of transparency while speaking to the reps. Once I spoke to Lottie from Ship A Car Direct, I knew that that's this company will be handling my car. I can't praise enough driver, Dave, from AAA Logistics. He was very polite, prompt, responsive and accommodating to my requests. Knowing that my college student r will have to miss classes to accept the delivery on Monday, Dave made sure to drive through Los Angeles before dropping off the other car, just to deliver my car on Sunday. It was very kind gesture. He also made sure to get as close to my child's apartment complex as possible. Honestly, after reading so many reviews of other companies, I didn't anticipate such a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Thank you to every person involved in maintaining such high level of service! I'll wholeheartedly recommend your company to my friends.
