I was initially worried about my car being damaged in an open carrier, delivery being slow, etc. However, Renee was fantastic at explaining the process, answering any questions I had, and overall being supportive throughout the shipping experience. I was happy to receive my car on the estimated delivery date. The ability to submit pre- and post-shipping photos in the Ship a Car Direct app also made me feel more comfortable.
